Our Team

Consists of an Accomplished and Experienced Team who makes an IMPACT not only in their respective professional fields but brings this knowledge, experience and passion to Vision on Mission in our continued efforts towards restorative justice and the rehabilitation and reintegration of the Region’s prisoners, ex-offenders, deportees, delinquent youths and socially displaced persons.

Mr. Wayne Chance

Mr. Wayne Chance is the Founder/Executive President of Vision on Mission and serves on the Executive/Policy Development Committee and as Executive Director on the Vision on Mission Enterprises Limited Board of Directors.

Mrs. Giselle Chance

Mrs. Giselle Chance is a Senior Administrator at the University of the West Indies and serves on the Executive/Policy Development Committee, the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee, and as Executive Director on the Vision on Mission Enterprises Limited Board of Directors.

Chairman

Mr. Reynold Cooper

Reynold Cooper is a Retired Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Service, and a Chartered Certified Accountant by qualification. He has been re-elected to the Board of Vision on Mission in 2017 and serves on the Executive/Policy Development Committee, and the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee.
He has been contributing his expertise in Administration, Governance, Accounting, and Finance to the Board since 2015.

Vice Chairman

Mr. Gerard Wilson

Gerard Wilson is the Deputy Commissioner of Prisons in Trinidad and Tobago. He serves on the Executive/Policy Development Committee and the Program Development, Research, Monitoring & Quality Assurance Committee of the Vision on Mission Board.
Through his extensive knowledge and experience in security operations, specifically, Human Resource Management, Administration, and Program Evaluation within the penal facilities throughout Trinidad, Commissioner Wilson contributes greatly towards the objectives of the organization.

Corporate Secretary

Ms. Safora Lopez

Safora Lopez is an Attorney-at-Law trained in Civil and Corporate Law. She sits on the Executive/Policy Development Committee and the Legal Advisory Committee of Vision on Mission. She possesses a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London and is a former Committee member at the Ministry of Housing & Urban Development. She brings to the organization her knowledge of Policy development.

Secretary

Mrs. Monica Rogers-Fletcher

Monica Rogers-Fletcher is the Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team; a Personal Business Coach, Mentor, Speaker, and Teacher in Leadership. She sits on the Executive/Policy Development Committee and the Training, Industrial, Entrepreneurial & Project Implementation Committee of the Board of Vision on Mission.
Her more than 30 years of banking experience coupled with her expertise in organizational leadership, innovative ideas and advanced strategies in marketing, governance, and successful business operations, distinguishes her as a significant contributor to the organization.

Treasurer

Mr. Leslie Charles

Leslie Charles is a Teacher III with the Ministry of Education and a former police officer for seventeen years who retains an International MBA with a concentration in Finance. He sits on the Executive/Policy Development Committee and the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee.
He is also the former Treasurer on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Credit Union. He brings to the Board his expertise in Corporate Governance, and Financial & Strategic Management.

Antonia Popplewell

Antonia Popplewell is a former Permanent Secretary with more than 30 years of experience in the Social and Public Administration sectors. She currently serves on the Executive/Policy Development Committee and the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee at Vision on Mission.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Project Management, and is a certified Mediator. Antonia Popplewell has been contributing her knowledge of public administration, social sector policy, research and planning, and project management to Vision on Mission since 2015.

Trustee

Mr. John Rougier

John Rougier who is the former Chairman of the Board, is also a former Commissioner of Prisons in Trinidad. He sits on the Executive/Policy Development Committee of Vision on Mission. Through his more than 30 years of experience in security operations, his extensive knowledge in security and risk management, sociology, psychology, and human resource management, he contributes greatly to the mandate of this organization.

Mr. Anthony Subero

Anthony Subero who is the former Treasurer on the Board, is a Group Risk & Compliance Officer with considerable experience in the financial services industry. He currently sits on several committees of Vision on Mission; Executive/Policy Development Committee, Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee and the Networking, Marketing & Public Relations Committee.
Since 2015, Mr. Subero has provided his expertise in Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Policy development, Program evaluation, and Project management towards the mission of the organization.

Abbegail Nandalal

Abbegail Nandalal is a Quality Assurance Manager by profession and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She sits on the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee and the Training, Industrial, Entrepreneurial & Project Implementation Committee.
Her knowledge and experience in Management, Public Relations, Policy development, Fundraising, and Training in the Quality control of various agricultural projects allows her to contribute greatly to Vision on Mission.

Michelle Palmer-Keizer

Michelle Palmer-Keizer is a General Manager of Group Marketing and Communications with over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. She sits on the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee and the Gender, Youth, Spiritual, Cultural, Sporting & Tobago Affairs Committee of Vision on Mission.
She contributes to the organization, experience in Research development, Financial Product Management, and her wealth of knowledge in product development, operational management, and strategic management.

June Thomas

June Thomas is a former Deputy Permanent Secretary and Director of Finance & Accounts with the Ministry of National Security. She sits on the Financial, Fundraising, Strategic Direction Super Committee of Vision on Mission.
Through her involvement with the organization in the areas of Finance, Community Service, and Program development, she contributes in providing financial training to our clientele.

Summer Alston-Smith

Summer Alston-Smith is the Founder of Unlock Reform. She also maintains a PHD in Psychology and has been focusing on Forensic Psychology for over a decade. She sits on the Program Development, Research, Monitoring & Quality Assurance Committee providing her expertise and training in monitoring & evaluation to the team.
She also contributes to Vision on Mission, her operational and strategic knowledge, of the delivery of in-prison rehabilitative programs by way of her extensive experience within the UK prison system.

Garvin Heerah is the Executive Director of G&L Consultants whose main focus is on Strategic Business Consulting. He sits on the Program Development, Research, Monitoring & Quality Assurance Committee and the Networking, Marketing & Public Relations Committee of Vision on Mission.

June Alexis-Matthew is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at the College of Science, Technology & Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago. She sits on the Training, Industrial, Entrepreneurial & Project Implementation Committee.
Through her expertise in marketing, public relations, communications, training and education, leadership and management, she has provided Vision on Mission since 2015 with innovative ideas aligned to the goals of the organization.

Phillip Wilson is an Attorney-at-Law at the Phillip A Wilson and Company firm. He sits on the Legal Advisory Committee of Vision on Mission and provides the organization with Legal consultation services and in the area of Policy development.

Superintendent Carlos Corraspe

Superintendent Carlos Corraspe is the Acting Assistant Commissioner of Prisons of the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service. He has served on the Board of Vision on Mission since 2015, previously in the capacity of Program Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, and currently sits on the Legal Advisory Committee.
He contributes in the areas of Policy development and Legal services to the organization.

Liselle Guerin is an Attorney-at-Law and has served on the Board of Vision on Mission since 2015 as the Corporate Secretary. She currently serves in the capacity of Director on the Legal Advisory Committee.

Fitzroy Frederick

Fitzroy Frederick is a Consultant and former Assistant Commissioner of Police. He has served on the Board of Vision on Mission since 2015 and is on the Networking, Marketing & Public Relations Committee. He also serves as a Director on the Board of Vision on Mission Enterprises Limited.
He provides the organization with his knowledge in Law Enforcement Policy, Public Relations, Administration, and Fundraising.

Joanne Archie is the Assistant Commissioner of Police of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. She has served on the Board of Vision on Mission since 2015 and is on the Gender, Youth, Spiritual, Cultural, Sporting & Tobago Affairs Committee.
She contributes her knowledge and experience in Law Enforcement and her interactions amongst offenders and re-offenders, in alignment to the aims of the organization.

Delia Joseph

Delia Joseph is the General Manager and Director of Personal Services Management Limited. She sits on the Gender, Youth, Spiritual, Cultural, Sporting & Tobago Affairs Committee of Vision on Mission.
She carries over 20 years of experience in the area of Human Resources, Administration, Policy development, Grant writing and Fundraising, along with her track record of achievements in Strategic and Operational Planning, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations.

Ronald Forde, the former General Manager at the Public Transport Services Corporation has served on the 2015-2017 Vision on Mission Board and is currently the Chairman of Vision on Mission Enterprises Limited.
